Is it safe to shop online?
Mint Sauce Market makes use of PayFast for all Online Payments.
PayFast uses Extended Validation SSL with 256-bit encryption.
(Only two of the four major South African banks use this, the highest level of encryption currently available).Please refer to the PayFast website for more information: PayFast Security Information
Mint Sauce Market encrypts all sensitive data within a secure database and we do NOT share your information with any third party.
Will you share my personal information?
We do not share your information with any outside party.
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and
selling process, we use the personal information you give us such as
your name, address and email address for processing your orders.
How do I place an Order?
You register with Mint Sauce Market by creating a login and password.
You add items to your Shopping Basket and once satisfied you click on 'Secure Checkout' in the Shopping Basket and follow the prompts.

How do I track my Order?
You can monitor the status of your order on your Profile page (when logged in you can find your Profile page under the menu)
Once your order has been received by the Courier, we will send you a tracking number via Email as well as a link to the tracking page on their website.
Do you use Cookies?
We make use of Session Variables to store information like your basket info and login detail etc. We do not use Cookies for any statistics, tracking or information harvesting.
Can I delete my account?
Yes you can. Once logged into your account access 'My Profile'. Click on 'Delete Account' and follow the prompts. For help, please contact us at info@mintsauce.co.za.

What are your Shipping Methods?
We make use of Door-to-door Courier Services.
We do not use the SA Postal Service.
